Atelierr 289 is an upcoming innovative architectural firm based in Coimbatore,
India, was established by Ar.Muthuselvam and Ar.Akshayaa in the year 2020.

From then, Atelierr 289 has worked on various projects varying in scale and type,
through which the team is mastering the design and approach.

The firm works with varied range of projects in architecture, interior, landscape design for spaces
including residence, office, commercial & retail, hospitality projects.

With passion for architecture , Selvam approaches design with an intuitive and creative spirit. He brings a distinct character to each project understanding client, context , cost and conditions. His journey spans around 5years working under eminent architecture firms in Bangalore prior to starting up Atelierr 289. He has experience in Resort, commercials, institutional buildings, apartments, residential and interiors.

“Interiors are the most spent spaces by an individual which imparts peace and happiness. I believe an elegantly designed space is liable to a person emotional regulation, personality development and soulfulness” - Ar.Akshayaa

She strongly implements the principles of interior design psychology in her designs as it is a proven fact that interiors do affect the mood stream of a person. She focuses on minute details like lighting,colors, configurations, scale & proportions, acoustics, materials which addresses the sense of individual and generate a spectrum of feelings and practices.
